The Ancient Order of Hibernians, John C. Devereux Division 1 (Utica, NY) proudly presents our annual Coolers O’Cheer Raffle! This highly anticipated summer tradition brings our community together for a great cause—giving you the exciting chance to win one of our legendary, fully stocked party coolers packed with Adult Spirits and craft beverages.
